It’s one of the best marketing principles going. While it seems so simple, it’s not always easy to accomplish.

When I look at a brand, the first think I check out is what experience they are delivering. Everyone wants a great looking logo but many are not prepared to deliver a great experience.

So what makes a hot brand?

For one thing, it’s not superficial. Authentic brands deliver an experience that their stakeholders respect. That’s a good place to start…and a good goal to strive after.
